What is ENERGY STAR® Certification?
ENERGY STAR® is a certification program developed by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) to recognize homes that meet strict energy efficiency guidelines.
To qualify, homes must:
Use 20-30% less energy than standard new homes.
Include high-performance insulation, HVAC systems, and air sealing.
Undergo third-party verification to confirm energy savings.
